Services
We offer three packages for real estate.Commercial, Residential and Various One Time Services.
Commercial
In this package we offer lease negotiations, common area maintenance, rent collection and branding brainstorming.
Our fees range from 6 - 10% per commercial unit's annual rental fee or $0.35 per sq ft for larger properties. This all varies on the scope of work that has to get done.
Additional Services will be outsourced and paid separately (ex. Plumbing, electrical, or lawn care).
Residential
Maintaining a residential property will include regular inspections, maintenance, tenant management, and rent collecting.
Currently we can only service homes and apartment buildings. Condominiums coming soon.
Our fees range 6 - 8% of each unit's annual rental fee. If a stand alone home, it would be roughly $1 sq ft.
Additional Services will be outsourced and paid separately (ex. plumbing, electrical, or lawn care).
One Time Service
One Time services would be the following:
Cleaning $45 per hour
Painting $45 per hour
Key Cuts $25 per 3 keys
Vacation Watch $200 per Month Min. (2 weekly inspections)
Full Service for new tenant occupancy bundle deal $750 per 500 sq ft. Extra $50 per 100 sq ft after that. This cost is for labour only.
About Me
My name is Marshal Bobechko.I have lived and worked in the Orangeville area my entire life. Previous to my career as a Property Manager, I was a Financial Security Advisor and ran my own practice called Crowning Touch Finance. From having my office located in a commercially zoned mall, I was asked to take care of the building I was in as well. From there I fell in love with the career path. It allowed me to discover new avenues I never dreamed possible for myself.
The business models I introduced for the building allowed for me to achieve the Orangeville Arts and Culture Award for Community Impact by a Business in 2021. Out of the box thinking was born and I was not going to pack it back up.
